payment

I accept Paypal G&S and personal check. checks must clear before model will be shipped. 

time payments

I accept time payments of up to three months with a 25 percent down payment. down payment and length of time payment may be negotiable for larger purchases.

payments must be made on a monthly basis at an agreed-upon schedule. if a payment is missed, I will make two attempts to contact you, each one week apart; however, I reserve the right to re-list the model for sale if I cannot reach you and payment is missed. In all circumstances, any and all payments are non-refundable. if you have something going on and cannot make a payment, PLEASE contact me! I am generally flexible and communication solves most problems.

shipping

shipping is at the expense of the buyer and full insurance is required. I will ship via USPS unless another service is requested.

3D printed micro minis can be fragile. I will take care packing each model but damage may still occur. purchase of a painted 3D printed model constitutes acknowledgement of this risk, and I will clearly disclose 3D printed models on their sales pages and ads. if your model breaks during shipping, you may return it to me for a refund of the model purchase price OR request I make one attempt to repair it, free of charge. if your model breaks a second time, you may return it for a refund of the model purchase price or keep as-is. in the event of a break, I will pay for return shipping once but the original shipping charge - and any other shipping charges associated with this purchase - are the buyer’s responsibility. I understand this may be off-putting and apologize, but I really want to keep painting 3D prints and cannot be held responsible for their production quality.

I am so sorry, but I am not prepared to ship internationally at this time. I am happy to ship to a person you trust within the US. please note that once the model reaches its initial destination, I am not responsible for what happens in any additional transport.

repairs

I may offer repairs of my work but it is highly dependent on my capacity. please contact me with details and we can go from there. if I do not have capacity, you are welcome to engage a restoration artist.

alterations

alteration and/or modification of my work is strictly NOT permitted. the only exception is in instances of restoration. I do ask that you document and disclose restoration by others if you sell your piece by me. 

quality statement

my work is live show proven at a very high level; however, model horse judging is very subjective. I make no guarantees regarding how my work will perform at shows. these pieces are hand-painted and small painting and prepping imperfections will exist in every piece I offer for sale. I make every effort to document and describe my pieces accurately, but please note all horses are sold as-is unless we both agree I have misrepresented something.
